We collect personal data you voluntarily provide via the contact form (first name, last name, email, company, industry, request description) or by emailing us. We do not collect sensitive data.
3. Purpose
Data is processed to respond to your request, manage commercial relationships, and, with your consent, send occasional communications about our activities.
4. Legal basis
Pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f), and consent (Art. 6.1.a) where relevant.
5. Third-party services
We use the following tools that may process data on our behalf:
- Typeform — contact form management (EU/US servers)
- HubSpot — CRM and management of contacts collected through the site forms (EU data centre, Germany)
- Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel — visit and campaign measurement, active only with your consent (see Cookie Policy)
- Google Workspace — email and calendar (global servers)
- Netlify — site hosting (global CDN)
- Google Search Console — indexing analytics (anonymised)
6. Retention
Data is retained for the time needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, except where legally required.
